ABOUT US

Fully qualified in Thai traditional massage from Wat Po Traditional Medical School. Also qualified in Thai foot massage from the National Institute of Thai Traditional Medicine.

Health concern

Please advise our therapists if you have any medical condition, allergies or health concerns prior to commencing treatment. In some occasions therapists might change your treatment however please note that it is not advisable for you to receive treatment if unwell, sick or have a current injury. Please also advise your therapist if you are pregnant or think you might be pregnant to insure most appropriate massage.

Please fill out a client intake form when you first check-in for your appointment. You must indicate any health conditions that your therapist should be aware of on the form.

The therapist will review the form prior to starting the massage and may ask you some questions about any recent injuries, surgery, sore areas, allergies, etc. prior to starting the massage.

However, please feel free to bring up any medical conditions or concerns with your therapist before or during your massage. We rely on you to inform your therapist of any health conditions that the therapist should be aware of that may affect your massage treatment.

Code of Ethics

In Thailand massage is regulated by the Public Health Ministry and the Association of Thai spa’s, the however there are many unregistered massage parlours that do not respect traditional Thai values. They damage the reputation and image of traditional Thai massage and spas globally.

In contrary to popular belief sexual services are not a traditional aspect of Thai massage, nor do they respect traditional Thai values. The actual Traditional Thai Massage is an ancient healing system which came from India to Thailand and has its roots in Yoga.

We strictly do not promote or condone activities that could be inappropriate or relate to misconduct. At Sawadee Nat Thai Spa Our goal is to provide a safe and appropriate service to our clients with dignity and in the highest standards of professionalism, maintaining a safe and respectful environment for our customers and our staff. Please note if making inappropriate requests you may be asked to leave. Our services are conducted with total concern for our clients health, safety and welfare and are consistent with our operating license and the skills of our staff.

Sauna

During any sauna session you have to make sure you drink plenty of water as this can result in water loss and without replacement this can cause fatigue.

We advice you to stay no longer in than 30 minutes in the sauna and no more than 3 times per day.

A sauna is not recommended to be used for people who suffer from diabetes, cardiac problems and low blood pressure along with pregnant women and young children.

If you are taking any medication we advise you consult your doctor first, and to not stay in the sauna if you feel faint or nauseous.

There is 1 private parking space available. Free on street parking is nearby.
